The 631-space structure services the 88,000 square foot Westminster Police Department facility as well as the City’s Civic Center campus. Griffin provided comprehensive program and construction management services for the new Police Department facility which also incorporated the parking structure. The four-level structure includes a sally port controlled entry for prisoner transfer.

The top level of the structure features a 410kW photovoltaic system which provides nearly 100 percent of the power to support the parking structure and as well as nearly all of the Police Department Headquarters’ electric needs.
