Peralta Oaks North: Public Safety & Administrative Building Renovation

Once completed, this facility will provide a centralized public safety campus in close proximity to the District's headquarters.

Griffin Structures is providing Construction Management and Inspection Services for the East Bay Regional Park District’s Peralta Oaks North project, a major renovation of a 107,000 SF, four-story office building that will become the District’s new Public Safety Headquarters. The modernized facility will accommodate a 135-person Police Department, District administrative offices for approximately 70 staff, and future Board functions.

The project includes comprehensive interior and building system upgrades, a seismic retrofit to achieve Essential Service Building standards, and installation of a new radio communications tower to integrate with the East Bay Regional Communications System Authority (EBRCSA) network. Upon completion, the facility will serve as a resilient, centralized operations center that enhances emergency response capabilities and supports the District’s mission of protecting more than 125,000 acres of regional parkland.
