Griffin Structures is currently providing Construction Management and Inspection Services for the East Bay Regional Park District’s new Public Safety & Administrative Headquarters. This significant renovation will transform the EBRPD’s current administrative headquarters into an essential services building to serve as the new operations hub for the District’s public safety division.

This renovation will include significant improvements to the 109,000 SF building, including parking on three of the four levels and will bring a new lobby/reception area, board room, community meeting room, emergency communications and dispatch center, and evidence storage facility.
