Following Griffin Structures’ completion of the Visalia Emergency Communications Center (VECC), we are now assisting the City in the construction of the Civic Center’s next phase.

The 2nd phase of the Visalia Civic Center includes the development of a Public Safety Building (50,000 SF), Evidence Processing/Storage Building (16,500 SF) and Council Chambers (10,500 SF).

The Public Safety Office Building will contain Police Department (PD) Administration functions, as well as the City of Visalia (COV) Finance Department, providing approximately 30 years of additional growth potential.
