Griffin Structures served as program manager for the $14 million renovation and expansion to the City’s corporate yard. The project included improvements to yard layout and circulation, efficiency upgrades to the existing 29,000 square foot facility, and a new 10,000 square foot expansion to fulfill Police Department training needs.

Prior to undertaking the project, the City had selected Griffin’s Strategic Services team to evaluate future space and code requirements to ensure administrative space, and shop and storage areas would meet future service requirements. This included both an operational review as well as a facility review to determine the ability to renovate existing structures. During this phase, Griffin coordinated civil, geotechnical, and environmental surveys. Griffin also prepared the program and basis of design.
