Griffin Structures was selected to provide Program and Construction Management services for the new Water Resources Headquarters and Corporate Yard. This new facility will include a modularly-constructed Administration Building (17,600 SF), new Warehouse (7,200 SF) and Shops buildings (8,900 SF) , covered parking canopies and equipment storage (23,000 SF), site walls and gates (1,700 SF), covered material storage bins, vehicular and pedestrian concrete paving (130,000 SF) and landscape planting and irrigation (13,000 SF). All additions will be supported with below and aboveground utility systems, site lighting, and site-wide security and access control systems. A special emphasis has also been placed on maximizing the use of this facility by designing spaces for multi-use and flexible sizing, as well as ease-of-maintenance, durability, and the overall sustainability of the facility.
