Griffin Structures served as Construction Manager for the City’s new Public Works Maintenance Yard. The scope of work included management of construction, a constructability review of 95% PS&E, processing of all environmental and building permits, oversight of the bidding process, and other construction related services. The 1.5-acre project site features a 6,000-square-foot administration building with an emergency operations center and a community room that can be reserved by the public for special groups and meetings, an 8,000-square-foot warehouse, vehicle maintenance bays with canopy structures, and a fueling station.

Designed to fully sustainable standards with numerous green energy-saving features incorporated throughout, the new facility provides optimized and efficient space for all departmental functions.
