"As a direct result of Griffin Structures' work on the City's projects, we have received multiple awards from the American Public Works Association."

David Burkett, Project Construction Manager, City of Hesperia
Following an extensive needs assessment that was performed by Griffin Structures, Griffin served as Program and Construction Manager for the City’s new 45,700 square foot police facility. The building is an element in the overall City Civic Center Campus and includes patrol areas, briefing, evidence storge, investigations services, office management, records, and other police facility components. This $18.7 million facility was delivered via the Integrated Project Delivery Method. The LEED Gold facility features a grid-tiered Solar Electric System that is integrated on both the carport structure arrays and roof mounted arrays. The 193.2 kW DC system is expected to produce at least 304,150 kWh annually, offsetting nearly 71% of the anticipated 431,448 kWh annual energy usage of the building.
