Griffin Structures is providing Construction Management and Inspection Services for this multi-faceted and developing community recreational amenity, which will transform the City’s existing Primm Pool to an 8-lane, 12,000 SF state-of-the-art aquatics hub with spectator bleachers, pool equipment and storage buildings with indoor locker and family space connecting outdoor activity to the adjacent community senior center.

The community senior center will include offices, reception area, break rooms, and conference spaces, as well as daycare and kitchen space for Gardena’s senior community. Visitors will also enjoy the center’s additional exterior outdoor amenities via the aquatic adjacent courtyard, equipped with exercise stations and picnic space.
