Quail Hill Community Center

"The Griffin Structures team did an excellent job to ensure the City’s best interests were met and delivered a very high quality amenity."

Thomas Perez, P.E., CIP Administrator, City of Irvine

Griffin served as project and construction manager on the 18,943 square foot Quail Hill Community Center in the City of Irvine. The $8 million facility, set on 3.8 acre site, includes a 3,000 square foot multi-purpose room, classrooms, dance/fitness room, a warming kitchen, staff offices, and exterior spaces designed to extend the usable space.

The Community Center site connects to the existing Quail Hill Trail System and includes bio-filtration swales, a picnic area and an ecosystem-themed Rocks & Ropes play area. The LEED Gold® project also includes a photovoltaic system.

The Center marks the completion of the final phase of the 16.5 acre Quail Hill Community Park.
