Griffin Structures is providing Construction Management services for the Newport Beach Witte Hall project, following our successful completion of the City’s Marina Park Community & Sailing Center.

Located in the Newport Beach Library, the development of Witte Hall has long since been in development given the demand for an improved lecture hall facility to host authors, prominent speakers, and community gatherings. Upon its completion, Witte Hall will offer a 9,815 SF civic auditorium with tiered seating for up to 299 attendees, complemented by an enhanced courtyard for pre- and post-event gatherings.
