The team of Griffin Structures and Swinerton Builders is serving as the development team for the new El Gabilan Branch Library in the City of Salinas. This facility is being delivered utilizing a Public-Private Partnership (P3) which will provide for the design, financing, construction, and delivery of the new library. The building will be delivered completely finished and furnished as a turnkey project.
Working with Anderson Brulé Architects as the City’s selected architect, Griffin | Swinerton team will round out the team with the services necessary to move the El Gabilan Library project from a final schematic design to a fully constructed and equipped building with associated parking and site development.
The new 21,000 square foot, two-story building facility will replace the City’s existing library and will feature learning spaces for children, teen and adults; community rooms; and a welcoming courtyard.
The integrated P3 delivery method results in cost-effective, time-efficient facilities.
