This $2.75 million project consisted of a renovation of an historical landmark located in the City of Santa Ana. The 28,000 gross sq. ft. building, now home to one of the largest advertising firms in Orange County, served as the former City Hall for the City of Santa Ana. This project was awarded the prestigious “Golden Nugget” award for outstanding architectural design and adaptive reuse.
