Overview
Griffin Structures provided the initial planning and design services for the City Hall, leading to program and construction management services for the delivery of this new facility. The city hall is located on a 9.7 acre civic plaza that was also managed by Griffin. Construction was completed on schedule and was significantly under budget.
Griffin also managed the development of an overall area master plan for the 27-acre complex, including the Civic Plaza, an open-air theater, and park development.
