Griffin Structures is serving as the Owner’s Representative, Program and Construction Manager to the Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS) as it sets forth on the development of its new ~70,000 SF Headquarters building. The new administrative facility will include a public Board of Directors hearing room, multiple meeting rooms, as well as offices and amenities designed to exceed 21st century workplace design standards.

Set on a 2.77-acre parcel, this project also includes the re-evaluation of OCERS existing adjacent Wellington Ave property as needed to provide adequate on-grade parking and connectivity to the new building.
