Overview
Griffin Structures provided Owner’s Representation services for the San Jose Dry Creek Crossing housing development, the first CRP Affordable Housing project in San Jose. The project delivers contemporary, secure housing with 21 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom, and 19 three-bedroom apartments serving low-income residents. Designed as a supportive, community-focused environment, the development includes on-site services such as after-school programs, health resources, and educational courses, along with shared community and outdoor spaces.
Griffin Structures served as an extension of the client, providing oversight throughout design and construction, including budget and schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance to ensure efficient, successful delivery.
