Griffin Structures served as Program Manager (Integrated Project Delivery) for the $48-million, 200,000-square-foot, four-story Civic Plaza project. The 42,000-square-foot Library is part of the Civic Plaza. Located on the first and second floors, the library is bright, airy, and spacious. It features a Kids’ Storytime Room that is circular with stadium-step seating and multi-media equipment. Other facility features include high ceilings, a cozily appointed teen room, and high quality finishes.
