Griffin Structures is currently serving as the Construction Manager for the Stockton New City Hall Renovations and Relocation project. Two existing five story buildings originally constructed in 1983 will be entirely renovated, totaling over 129,619 SF of major upgrades to this iconic city building. With the primary goal to consolidate most city offices into one location, the city will relocate existing services and provide office space for its displaced city staff throughout the course of construction.
Extensive renovations include complete interior tenant improvements pertaining to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, audio visual systems, finishes, doors, windows, and aesthetic elements. Exterior improvements will feature the weatherization of the exterior envelope, glazing, insulation, paving, drainage, and countless additional upgrades.
