Serving as the developer for this project, located in McKinney Texas, will encompass the Design-Build-Financing for the expansion of the general aviation facilities at the McKinney International Airport and will include one or more additional corporate aircraft hangars and a general aviation Federal Inspection Stations (FIS) facility for international arrivals requiring U.S. Customs services.

The first project is an approximate 40,000 SF aircraft storage hangar, Corporate Hangar 10, which will be similar in size and layout to Corporate Hangar 9. This project will also include, but is not limited to:

• Hangar floor measuring approximately 300’ X 135’
• Approximately 46,000 SF of aircraft apron
• Vehicle parking lot with approximately 45 parking spaces
• Extension of Taxi lane B5
• Two Rollup garage doors accessing the hangar floor from the northside
• Lav dump station
• Smart Rail Hangar Doors

The second project will develop an approximately 3,500 SF Federal Inspection Stations facility, which will include but is not limited to:

• Pre-Processing, Processing & Post-Processing Areas
• Computer/LAN rooms
• Lab
• Public Waiting & Interview Area
• Additional Offices, Operational Spaces & Break Rooms
