Griffin Structures is providing Construction Management to assist the City of Irvine to transform the Great Park into an iconic destination similar in notoriety and diversity of amenity to that of New York City’s Central Park. This development will encompass several years of planning to ensure quality implementation and once completed, will serve as one of California’s most iconic destinations.

This iconic master plan will include, but is not limited to, the following:

a) Botanical Garden and Veteran’s Memorial Park with maze gardens, walk of honor, library, and additional features

b) Heart of the Park with central and ecology lake, amphitheater, boat house, island, Full Circle Farm

c) Sports Park Food & Beverage program

d) Cultural Terrace West with multiple museums including the new Pretend City Children’s Museum, Flying Leathernecks Aviation Museum and several additional cultural/exhibit facilities.
