Griffin Structures provided construction management services to the City of Fullerton for the renovation of the existing 3,600-square-foot pavilion structure. The scope of work included construction of exterior walls that transformed the overhead structure into a completely modernized clubhouse with all the necessary amenities required to service a top-notch tennis facility. Additional work included interior demolition and full tenant improvements by adding new office space, a pro shop, warm-up room, storage area, break room, concession area, an upgraded bathroom, and locker facilities. This project also consisted of a new entry structure, concrete ADA ramps, and on site / off site utilities involving reconstruction of the sewer and water laterals that service the site.
