This $20 million public-private partnership project encompasses an entire downtown city block in Riverside, transforming it into a 120,000 square foot, integrated, mixed-use development. The development consists of the Family Law Court, an office building, parking structure, ancillary retail, public plazas, and related amenities.
This facility was selected by the State of California as the State Court Standard for courthouses of this type. The building was financed by the capitalization of current leases for agencies occupying the new building and by capitalization of projected court fees.
Griffin served as Program and Construction Manager, delivering this project with an Integrated Project Delivery method for the City of Riverside’s Redevelopment Agency.
