Griffin Structures served as Program Manager, Construction Manager, and Owner’s Representative for this 15,000 square foot library project. The library, which was constructed with support from a California Library Grant, integrates library services for the adjacent Elementary School. Located in a very active community, the project includes various landscaping components, as well as active play areas. The library was completed on schedule and under budget.
