Overview
Common Good is a new Workforce Reentry Center designed to help individuals involved in the criminal justice system successfully transition back into the workforce and community. Through a public-private partnership (P3) with Griffin/Swinerton, the County of Orange is delivering a business-based program that provides hands-on training, real-world work experience, and pathways to long-term employment. The center primarily serves post-custody, vocational-ready adults on a voluntary basis, while remaining open to all justice-involved individuals, with the goal of reducing recidivism and reliance on public assistance. The development will include a mix of retail, office, and residential uses that support reentry services, skill building, and opportunities for advancement toward lasting self-sufficiency.
