Commerce Center was an office condominium conversion project of two partially leased office structures totaling 33,000 square feet. Following budget and proforma analyses to evaluate variouis project scenarios, Griffin secured entitlements and a new tract map to convert the project from multi-tenant leased space to individual units. Following renovations, Griffin managed the marketing and sales and quickly closed out the successful conversion.
