News Release: Tom Ottenstein Joins Griffin Structures

Griffin Structures is pleased to announce Tom Ottenstein has joined the firm’s Construction Management Division. Mr. Ottenstein brings nearly three decades of expertise to the Griffin team and will serve as a Senior Program and Construction Manager responsible for overseeing projects from design through project delivery.

His experience demonstrates his strength in multiple project delivery methods and is an asset to our public and private sector clients,” said Griffin CEO and founder Roger Torriero. “His portfolio of on-time, under budget, high-end projects clearly illustrates Tom’s solid management skills and an adherence to fiscal accountability that will unquestionably serve our clients well.”

Mr. Ottenstein’s vast experience includes many public sector projects, including public safety facilities and correctional institutions, as well as private sector hospitality, retail and Class A office projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is already actively engaged, managing the Cathedral City Fire Station No. 411 replacement and County of San Bernardino Government Center campus site improvements and Building 222 renovation projects.
