Griffin Structures, as lead of the development team which included Swinerton Builders and LPA Architects, completed the Program and Construction Management of the City of Salinas’s new $56M Police Service Headquarters. The facility was delivered utilizing a Public-Private Partnership (P3) which provided for the design, financing, construction, and delivery of this new facility.
This new facility houses all first responder functions, which was designed/engineered to meet California’s Essential Service Buildings Seismic Safety Act, providing the resiliency necessary for an essential 24/7 operations center required for a public safety building.
