Orange County Administration South, the first phase of the Civic Center Complex comprehensive 20-year master plan, was named Project of the Year by American Public Works Association/Southern California Chapter in its Regional Facilities category. The $180 million, 250,000-square-foot, six-story office complex, previously known as Building 16, was developed through a public-private partnership (P3), with Griffin Structures as lead developer, LPA as the design partner and Swinerton Builders as the general contractor.
