We are pleased to announce Lance Solomon as Griffin’s newest Certified Construction Manager®.
Mr. Solomon is a Senior Program and Construction Manager currently managing delivery of a new municipal complex, consolidating City of Carlsbad utility and maintenance operations into a single facility.
Lance has diverse experience with projects ranging from utility infrastructure to sports parks and essential services facilities to community centers. He has managed the delivery of multiple award-winning projects including Lake Forest Sports Park, Huntington Beach Senior Center and, most recently, Carlsbad’s Pine Avenue Community Center and Gardens. Mr. Solomon holds a number of professional certifications including an APWA Certified Public Infrastructure Inspector designation. He has been with Griffin for seven years.
The CCM certification is awarded by the Construction Management Association of America to individuals who have demonstrated field experience and have successfully completed the rigorous three-hour certification exam that covers all aspects of project delivery from inception through completion. Congratulations to Lance who is now a member of this elite group of fewer than 5,000 professionals across the US.
