Public Private Partnerships are a powerful tool that have been used to create both public amenities and public buildings right here in Orange County. You can hardly turn a corner and not see the product of P3s: Angel Stadium, the Resort District in Anaheim, the Dana Point Harbor, UC Irvine student housing, redevelopment projects like downtown Huntington Beach.

In this session hosted by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Women’s Leadership Initiative and ULI OC/IE, our panel was inclusive of not only Griffin Structures, but the County of Orange, Ware Malcomb, Tait & Associates, and Servitas. Collectively, we unpacked key ingredients that are needed to deliver a successful P3 project. Taking a deep dive into the County of Orange’s ongoing Civic Center project developed and managed by the Griffin Structures team, we share thought provoking conversations concerning the nuts and bolts of this innovative form of delivery.
