Yesterday’s groundbreaking at the Environmental Nature Center (ENC) Preschool marks the start of construction for the planned LEED Platinum® preschool. “I truly believe that this Nature Preschool will be an integral addition to the community making an essential impact on the next generation” said Rick John, long-time Newport Beach resident and ENC Board Member.
To be built on a 1.3-acre site adjacent to the Environmental Nature Center’s Redwood Forest, the ENC Preschool will provide young students with the unique opportunity to become familiar with the natural world by playing–and learning–while surrounded by nature.
