Congratulations to Robert Godfrey, Griffin’s Newest CCM®

We are pleased to announce Robert Godfrey as Griffin’s newest Certified Construction Manager®.

Mr. Godfrey is a Senior Project/Construction Manager currently managing the delivery of the first 115 affordable units of the Jordan Downs master-planned revitalization, as well as two unique green alley projects in the City of Los Angeles for The Trust for Public Land.

Robert has diverse experience with projects ranging from feasibility studies for solar power to delivery of a city hall complex. He has managed multiple award-winning park and community center projects, including Irvine’s Quail Hill Community Center. Mr. Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech and has been with Griffin for nine years.

The CCM certification is awarded by the Construction Management Association of America to individuals who have demonstrated field experience and have successfully completed the rigorous three-hour certification exam that covers all aspects of project delivery from inception through completion. Congratulations to Robert who is now a member of this elite group of fewer than 5,000 professionals across the US.
