The Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America recently announced its 2018 Project Achievement Award winners, including Los Angeles County’s Quartz Hill Library in the New Construction-Buildings/$11-$50M category. This is the second award for the County’s Antelope Valley branch library which was honored late last year by the American Public Works Association/Southern California Chapter.
Delivered through a Public-Private Partnership (P3), the $12 million project received LEED® Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council.
