CMAA Honors Los Angeles County’s Quartz Hill Library

The Southern California Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America recently announced its 2018 Project Achievement Award winners, including Los Angeles County’s Quartz Hill Library in the New Construction-Buildings/$11-$50M category. This is the second award for the County’s Antelope Valley branch library which was honored late last year by the American Public Works Association/Southern California Chapter.

Delivered through a Public-Private Partnership (P3), the $12 million project received LEED® Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council.
