Griffin Structures provided Program and Construction Management services for the City of Half Moon Bay’s John L. Carter Memorial Park Improvements Project, enhancing this iconic community space near downtown. The project supports year-round programming with a new outdoor amphitheater featuring terraced seating for approximately 440 people and a supporting storage structure.

Additional improvements included upgraded play areas, expanded picnic spaces, new restroom and concession facilities, and ADA-compliant access upgrades. Looping nature trails, native landscaping, enhanced lighting, and security features were also incorporated, creating a more functional, accessible, and vibrant destination while preserving the park’s character.
