County of Orange Civic Center – County Administration North

“This project was not easy and is a masterful plan. It took the best people in the business; it took Griffin Structures."

Supervisor Sean Nelson

Griffin, with LPA Architects and Swinerton Builders, is serving as lead developer to deliver the County Administration North (Building 14), the sister building to the County of Orange’s County Administration South (Building 16) in terms of design and approximate size. The planned occupants for this building include Board of Supervisor offices and hearing chamber, and the departments currently occupying Buildings 10 and 12.

The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) that will feature a transit plaza in the future will be in between and around the newly constructed County Administration South and North buildings. The TOD project will be bordered by a transit plaza and light rail transit stop to the south, service and pedestrian paseo to the east, a central courtyard to the north, and a reinvigorated, pedestrian-friendly street to the west.
